Frequently Asked Question

Have questions regarding the Alaska real estate salesperson course? We got you covered

Yes, one needs to be 18-year-old or above as per the requirements of the AREC

Students taking the Arkansas real estate exam will incur a $75 fee. Additional licensing fees may apply, but anticipate the test to cost this amount independently.

To successfully pass the Arkansas real estate exam, a minimum score of 70% is required. Completing Exam Prep courses significantly eases the process of passing the exam, making it less daunting and more manageable.

While most students successfully pass their real estate exam, achieving a passing score is not guaranteed. In certain states, up to 25% of students need to retake the test to pass. Following the exam, many do not perceive it as "easy." The most effective approach to ease nerves and pass the test is through diligent preparation and hard work.

Our current courses are 100% self-paced and online. All course content is presented in a series of online screens with quizzes to determine mastery before moving to the next series.

Online test-taking is unavailable; however, multiple testing locations across the state are accessible. These locations include Camden, El Dorado, Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Jonesboro, Harrison, and Little Rock. For further details, visit Pearson VUE's website.

Students are required to take the test online at an authorized Pearson VUE location.

The Arkansas real estate exam consists of 180 questions covering various topics including: Duties and Powers of Real Estate Licensing Requirements Statutory Requirements Governing the Activity of Licensees Miscellaneous Statutes Agency Relationships and Disclosures

Results for the exam are typically received by most students shortly after completion, ranging from the same day to within a week.

If you fail a portion of the exam, you'll only need to retake the specific part that you failed. The exam comprises two sections: National and State. If you fail both sections, you'll retake both. If you fail only one, you'll focus on studying that section and retake it accordingly. Instructions for rescheduling another attempt will be provided in case of failure. Leveraging Exam Prep can significantly enhance your chances of passing the licensing exam on your initial attempt.
