In order to pass the Michigan real estate exam, you'll need a score of at least 70%. Passing the exam is much less stressful for anyone who has completed an Exam Prep course.
The Michigan real estate exam will cost students $79. There are other fees associated with licensing, but you can expect the test alone to cost this much.
The Michigan real estate exam must be taken at an approved testing facility. These testing facilities are located in the following cities: Dearborn, Holt, Southfield, Grand Rapids, Detroit, and Marquette.
The topics covered on the National portion of the Michigan real estate exam include the following: Property Ownership Land Use Controls Valuation and Market Analysis Financing General Principles of Agency Property Disclosures Leasing and Property Management Transfer of Titles Practice of Real Estate Real Estate Calculations
You cannot take the Michigan real estate exam online. All students must travel to a testing location where they will be monitored for the duration of the test.
PSI provides the results of the test upon completion. Candidates will know instantly if they passed their exam.
Anyone who fails the Michigan real estate exam can take it again by scheduling with PSI and paying the $79 examination fee.
